Dilapidation Report On A Closed Maplin Store

Back in the office following a visit to Woking yesterday, we were asked to survey a Maplins store that had recently closed, our client were looking at the suitability of the existing equipment to be used in a proposed new store. We completed a full dilapidation report for them.
